Wow, that is the least filled-out death certificate I’ve ever seen! Good thing you have some other documents…
It was rather disappointing to not get either of the parents names. I guess the informant, a local younger white man, didn’t know. Or didn’t give them anyway.
Doesn’t give much information does it?
Gives the death date and cause of death. And that William Brightman McWhorter was the informant. And that is about it.
