During this, is my 12th A to Z Challenge, I will be writing 26 alphabetical posts about my paternal grandmother’s and maternal grandfather’s grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and a few neighbors. I think I have a few partially written drafts, but I’m far from ready.
See you in April.

Maternal grandfather Mershell C. Graham and paternal grandmother Pearl R. Cleage
I look forward to learning more about your family and their friends during April. So pleased you are participating again another year.
I look forward to reading about your gold mining ancestors.
Sounds like a great theme
Thanks! I hope it will be.
I always look forward to the snapshots of history you uncover. Good luck pulling it all together!

Thank you. The link you shared doesn’t work.
An ambitious theme. Sounds so interesting!
Thanks!
Sounds good, remembering those who came before so important. My theme is more of a personal memoir this time round. Here tis Earlier Years
I will be sure to check in on you.
What a inspired choice, Kristin–not only endlessly interesting, but giving you plenty of scope. I have been racking my brains for something doable that won’t take all day, every day, throughout April, and had almost decided to give it a miss this year, but now that I know you’re going to be doing it, I’m wondering if I could possibly come up with a theme that, like yours, would give me a lot of freedom and that wouldn’t take a lot of research. But then, there’s this terrible war looming over everything. . .
Whether or not I participate this year, I’m looking forward to reading yours.
Happy Spring!
I hope you will do one this year! The violence everywhere these days is a pall over all.
Amazing amount of information you must have.
Looking forward to the challenge this year.

I keep looking and finding. The A to Z Challenge makes me write my info up.
I love all of those old pictures you share…I have so many from my grandparents stuff I really should do something with them…one day I say. Looking forward to blogging with you over the A-Z challenge.
Cheers,

I was thinking I need to organize my photographs. I just finished “A is for Assumptions” Whew! I better get “B” done.
I look forward to learning about your gold mining ancestors. The whole gold mining era is so intriguing and I know that you’ll approach it in a way that will give me new insights. I always enjoy your A to Z challenges.
I don’t have any gold mining ancestors. I wonder if I said I did?
Anne Young has the gold miners in Australia. Mine are just trying to survive in various cities in the United States.
