Ok, Kristin. I've got the cigar, the cap, your lovely grandmother on his arm. But what is he holding in his right hand? It looks for all the world like a stick with some fabric attached at the top.
I used to think he was holding a flag but it doesn't really look like a flag. I don't know what it is.
I also thought that he was holding a flag that was rolled around the stick.
I thought so at first but it doesn't seem like enough stripes. I need to blow it up.
